A different way to get away.

Bring the comforts that matter to you—and make room for something new.

Travel at your pace

Plan a short break, a longer road trip, or a stay near your favorite outdoor destination. Start with your route and travel dates, then choose an RV that works for the experience you have in mind.

Choose your kind of RV

A motorhome combines driving and living space. A travel trailer or fifth wheel needs a suitable tow vehicle and towing experience. Sleeping capacity, layout, storage, and bathroom access all matter more than a great photograph.

Connect with the owner

Ask about the RV’s features, pickup arrangements, permitted uses, and the equipment included. A clear conversation helps you understand what you are renting and what to bring.

Find support along the way

Our wider community is being built to include RV service businesses, campgrounds, and other travel resources. Local coverage will grow as participating owners and providers join each market.

From a trip idea to the open road.

The planned rental experience is designed around clear information and preparation.

Plan your trip

Choose dates, destination, group size, and whether you want a drivable RV or a towable unit. Check campground space and access before finalizing your plans.

Compare the details

Review the layout, amenities, rental terms, and available pickup or delivery arrangements. Ask the owner about mileage, generator use, pets, and any additional charges.

Confirm the arrangements

Before committing, confirm the full price, cancellation terms, deposit, insurance requirements, and pickup instructions. Keep a written record of agreed arrangements.

Learn the RV

At handoff, review operation, hookups, safety equipment, and return expectations. Document the RV’s condition and know whom to contact if a problem arises.

A little planning makes a better trip.

Use this checklist before you commit to a rental.

Space and equipment

Confirm sleeping arrangements for every traveler, seat belts where applicable, kitchen equipment, bedding, bathroom facilities, heating or cooling, and electrical requirements.

Driving or towing

Ask about dimensions, clearances, license requirements, and the owner’s experience requirements. For a trailer, verify towing capacity, hitch compatibility, and the equipment you need.

Price and rental terms

Request a complete cost breakdown. Ask about cleaning, delivery, extra mileage, generator use, taxes, deposits, and any other charges that apply to the specific rental.

Protection and support

Confirm which insurance or protection arrangements apply to your trip, who approves them, and what you must provide. Ask about breakdown procedures, roadside assistance, and emergency contacts.

A model built with the whole journey in mind.

RentMyRV.com uses a flat owner membership model instead of a platform booking commission.

That model gives owners a predictable platform cost and more control over how they market their RVs. Owners set their own rental terms and prices. The goal is to create a useful connection between travelers and owners while building a wider RV service community.

Rental prices and the total cost of a trip will vary by RV, dates, location, and the owner’s terms. Any savings or promotional offer will depend on the specific listing and published offer details.

Questions before your first RV trip.

Start with the details that make your trip easier to plan.

Can I book an RV here today?

Not yet. The current RentMyRV.com website introduces the marketplace and collects interest while live listing, booking, and checkout features are being developed. Choose Renter on the signup form for marketplace availability, trip-related news, and confirmed promotional updates. Rental availability will depend on participating owners, the locations they serve, and the dates offered by each listing.

Can the RV be delivered?

Delivery is intended to be an option where a participating owner offers it. The owner will determine the service area, dates, delivery charge, setup arrangements, and any access requirements. Some rentals may be pickup-only. Before arranging a trip, confirm campground access, check-in rules, site suitability, utility hookups, and whether pickup at the end of the stay is included. A listing in another city does not automatically mean delivery is available there.

Can I bring pets?

Pet policies will be set by the individual owner and RV listing. Some owners may welcome pets, while others may have restrictions or additional cleaning requirements. Confirm permission, the number and type of pets allowed, any related charges, and expectations for cleaning or damage before booking. Explain your travel plans clearly so the owner can confirm whether the RV is suitable for your group.

Can I use my own insurance?

The planned model aims to allow suitable insurance arrangements rather than assuming every renter must use one fixed product. However, an existing auto or RV policy is not automatically acceptable for a rental. Coverage must be verified for the particular RV, driver, trip, and rental use, with the owner and relevant insurer. Final requirements and any accepted options will be provided before a rental is confirmed.

Will every city have RVs available?

Our goal is to grow across major cities in every state, but availability will develop as owners join and make RVs available. RentMyRV.com is based in Orlando, Florida, and is building an online community rather than a network of physical rental branches. Future search results will depend on actual RV locations, dates, and any delivery areas offered by owners. Nationwide coverage is a growth goal, not a launch guarantee.

What kinds of RVs will I be able to look for?

The planned marketplace is intended to include motorhomes and towable RVs offered by participating owners. Compare sleeping capacity, layout, bathrooms, kitchen equipment, amenities, dimensions, and pickup or delivery options. A motorhome is driven; a travel trailer or fifth wheel requires suitable towing equipment and experience unless delivery is arranged. The types and number of RVs available will depend on the listings in each market.

How much will an RV rental cost?

Owners will set the rental rates and terms for their RVs. Your total cost can depend on the vehicle, dates, rental length, location, delivery, cleaning, mileage, generator use, deposits, taxes, and applicable protection arrangements. RentMyRV.com’s flat owner membership removes a percentage-based platform booking commission from the owner model, but it does not establish one rental price or guarantee every listing is cheaper. Review the complete breakdown before committing.

Will I receive $100 off my first booking?

A $100 first-time booking promotion is planned for renters. Booking is not live yet, so this page does not issue a redeemable credit or confirm that every future rental qualifies. The offer’s eligibility, qualifying bookings, redemption instructions, expiry, and restrictions will be published before it becomes available. Select Renter on the signup form to receive the confirmed offer details.

What should I confirm before a trip?

Confirm the full price, rental agreement, cancellation and refund terms, insurance requirements, permitted drivers, pickup or delivery instructions, and what equipment is included. Ask how the RV’s systems work and whom to contact if there is a breakdown. At handoff, document the condition and review safety, hookups, mileage or generator rules, and return expectations. Specific booking policies will be explained as the marketplace opens.
